Dawnyle, a seasoned educator and career services practitioner, brings over 17 years of dynamic experience in education and the non-profit sectors. Her journey has been marked by a commitment to transformative education, executive coaching, career counseling, and leadership training.
Throughout her career, Dawnyle has demonstrated a passion for reimagining education and fostering sustainable systems. With a focus on unlearning the systematic oppressive foundations of education, she has embraced real transformation by integrating innovative approaches into the educational system.
Over the past 7 years, she has held leadership positions as an Instructional Coach, Assistant Principal, and Principal, contributing to the development of effective programming, curriculum, and leadership training. Dawnyle is also the Director of Education for TruNorth, where she has been instrumental in heading the OneTribe Freedom School and the Black Educators healing retreats.
Beyond her professional commitments, Dawnyle extends her influence by serving on the Board of 10Four and Vibe Tribe Adventures. As a dedicated wife and mother of four, she values the importance of family and finds joy in traveling and spending quality time with loved ones.
