Programs

The following is our weekly program for the school year. There will be times where kids are playing on their own for period of times. There will be times when one or two people are supervising the facility. This means our youth will learn to be self-sufficient and will be doing activities they enjoy.

We encourage outdoor activities and moving around, so when we have available staff or volunteers, we take walks, play outside and move around.

Monday

• 5:00pm-6:00pm: IdeaLab – 10Four partnership with Denver Public Libraries to learn how to code and design utilizing 3-D printing.
• All Day Tutoring, Table Games, Board Games, Art, Computer Lab, Basketball, Snacks

Tuesday

• 5:00pm – 6:00pm: Art Club: painting, coloring, clay, how to draw tutorials
• 5:00pm-6:00pm: Music Club: learning instruments
• All Day Tutoring, Table Games, Board Games, Art, Computer Lab, Basketball, Snacks

Wednesday

• 5:00pm-6:00pm: Book Club: reading fun graphic novels for every age group. Free book to take home!
• 5:00pm-6:00pm: GoodSkin (Health & Wellness): science-based approach to learning about protecting human skin.
• All Day Table Games, Board Games, Art, Computer Lab, Basketball, Snacks

Thursday

• 5:00pm-6:00pm: Theater and Creative Dance Club: creative outlet that encourages each child to discover his/her individual talents. Children who participate demonstrate important concepts such as body awareness, pattern and sequencing, physical development, and musical awareness.

Friday

• 5:00pm-6:00pm: Cooking Club: fun and healthy meals and drinks
• 5:00pm-6:00pm: Scouting America: learning outdoor survival skills.
